Rich has been helping people set, map, and reach goals since his inception into the fitness industry in 1996 as a fitness trainer and a nutrition coach.
Throughout his career he has studied and certified in specific areas such as fitness nutrition, performance enhancement, corrective exercise, behavior change, and many more.
In 2020 Rich earned certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has since moved to wellness and Mindset coaching.
Rich is the founder of Force Ten Fitness and is also a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
Force Ten Coaching is dedicated to empowering individuals by providing expert coaching, innovative training programs, and a supportive community, helping members achieve their health and wellness goals through commitment, consistency, and personalized attention.
Before I met Rich I struggled with including weight lifting in my workout schedule to benefit my martial arts training. I didn’t know how often to train or what exercises to pick. Rich has a huge knowledge in both of those fields and was a great help for me. He worked out a schedule for me, which helped me a lot, and he was always there for me if I had questions. Thanks to him and his plan I got stronger and saw progress after a few weeks already. I always wanted to be able to do a pull up, I told Rich that, so he included it in my plan and after a few weeks I wasn’t only able to do one but 5 Pull ups, which was a big deal for me. I’ve trained with Rich for three camps over the last 2 years. He’s one of my favorite instructors. I love his sense of humor and attention to making training fun. Last camp I did a private lesson with Rich. It was a great hour. We focused on controlled movements and how to apply the best pressure to maximize my lighter weight. I first met Rich Sab at a benefit seminar for two Bristol, CT police officers that were killed in the line of duty. Both Rich and I were teaching at the seminar. During his portion of the seminar I was very impressed with his instruction and laid back, humorous teaching style. The material he presented was solid. A few months later I hosted him for a seminar at my own academy in Manchester , CT and he did not disappoint!
